Terms and Conditions (Ticket) 門票使用條款

• Ticket is valid on event day specified on ticket front only. Start time of the show is subject to change without notice. 此門票僅於活動當天有效。節目之開演時間或將因應情況變更而不作另行通知。
• Admission is strictly for age 18 or above. This admission ticket is valid for ONE guest admission only. 入場人士必須年滿18歲。此門票只供一位賓客入場。
• Original ticket must be presented upon entry and unauthorized duplication of this ticket may prevent your admittance to the event. No photocopies, damaged, stolen or lost tickets will be accepted nor reissued under any circumstances. This admission ticket cannot be redeemed for cash. 入場時必須出示門票正本。影印本、損毀、被盜、或遺失之門票恕不獲補發或被接受。門票不可兌換現金。
• All tickets are free standing. All tickets are non-refundable or non-exchangeable. 全場企位及不設劃位。所有門票一經購買，將不可退款或作任何更換。
• Artists are subject to change or withdraw. In the event of such change, refunds will not be given. 主辦方保持修改活動內容或表演藝人之權利並不作另行通知或作出退票。
• No refund and exchange will be permitted due to alteration, late travel, unavailability, postponement or cancellation of travel services by land, air or sea. 本節目將不接受任何因交通或公共運輸服務更改、受阻、暫停、延遲或取消而提出之賠償或更換等要求。
• The organizers, promoters, and artists are not liable for any compensation and /or cancellation charges for travel expenses resulting from the festival/event being cancelled or postponed. 如活動取消或延期，主辦方、推廣方、及藝人均不會賠償和/或承擔交通或公共運輸服務之有關費用。
• The venue operators, organizers, promoters, and artists cannot be held responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged possessions or accidents resulting in injury occurring anywhere in the venue during the festival/event regardless of fault or reason. 活動期間如任何財物遺失、被盜、損壞或意外導致人身傷害，主辦方、推廣方、及藝人恕不負責。
• For security purposes and upon request, the holder of this ticket may be subjected to inspection and for these purposes, guest must open any bags, packages or other items before entry. Failure to comply may result in removal from the event at the sole discretion of organizer. The organizer is not responsible for confiscated items. 為保安理由，持此門票人仕同意於進入場館前會被要求接受檢查，任何攜物袋、包裹或其他個人物品必須打開作檢查。如不遵守，主辦方將保留拒絕進場的權利。主辦方概不負責被沒收之物品。
• The ticket may not be resold, distributed as premium or with any monetary gain without prior written consent of organizer. 未經主辦方的書面同意下，此門票不得轉售或企圖溢價轉售。
• The right of admission is reserved and is subjected to Conditions of Entry and Conditions of Sales. No re-entry, refunds or remedies will be provided to attendees ejected from the festival. 主辦方保留准許及拒絕持證人進場之權利，持票人亦需遵守場館之入場條款及銷售條款。被拒者將不能重新進場，並不會獲發退款或補償。
• Organizer reserves the right to amend any terms and conditions stated herein at any time without prior notice. All matters and disputes will be subject to the final decision of organizer. 主辦方保留隨時修訂條款及細則之權利，而不作另行通知。尚有任何意見或爭論，則以主辦方的決策為最終決定。

Terms and Conditions (Wristband) 手帶使用條款

• In order to pick up wristbands, You must (i) present the purchase confirmation email receipt, (ii) present valid photo identification (e.g.: ID or passport). 兌換手帶時必須提供（i）門票購買確認电子郵件（ii）有效的身份證明文件（身份證、港澳通行證或護照）。
• Wristbands are valid on event day. 此手帶僅於活動當天有效。
• Wristbands must be presented upon entry. 入場時必須出示此手帶。
• Wristbands are voided if tampered with or removed. 損爛或被調較過的手帶恕不被接受。
• Wristbands are non-transferable. 此手帶不可轉讓。
• Replacement is not available for lost, destroyed or stolen wristbands.手帶遺失、損毀或被盜恕不獲補發。

Prohibited Items 違禁物品：

• No illegal or illicit substances, drugs, or drug paraphernalia.禁止攜帶違法或非法物質，藥物或吸毒用具。
• No weapons of any kind including, but not limited to, pocket knives and self defense sprays.禁止攜帶任何種類的武器，包括但不限於刀具和自衛噴霧劑。
• No flammable items or liquids including aerosols and fireworks.禁止攜帶易燃物品或液體，包括氣溶膠和煙花爆竹。
• No markers, pens or spray paint.禁止攜帶馬克筆、標記筆或噴漆。
• No backpacks, purses, or bags allowed except bags made of clear plastic, clear vinyl, or clear PVC not exceeding 13”x17”.除允許的尺寸小於13”x17”並由透明塑料、透明乙烯基材料或透明PVC製成的手袋以外，禁止攜帶其他不符合規定的背包或腰包。
• No stuffed animals toy.禁止攜帶毛絨玩具。
• No outside food or beverage including alcohol.禁止外帶食品、飲料及酒精類飲品。
• No bottles, cans, canteens, flasks, or coolers.禁止攜帶瓶，罐，水壺，長頸瓶或冷卻器等容器。
• No balloons, balls, inflatable balls, frisbees or flying disks.禁止攜帶氣球，球類，充氣球，飛盤或飛碟等。
• No umbrellas, chairs, blankets, sleeping bags or tents.禁止攜帶雨傘，座椅，毛毯，睡袋，帳篷等。
• No bicycles, skateboards, hover-boards, scooters, or personal motorized vehicles.禁止攜帶自行車，滑板，懸停板，滑板車，或個人機動車輛。
• No drones or unmanned aerial vehicles.禁止攜帶無人機等裝置。
• No animals.禁止攜帶動物入場。
• No large chains or spiked jewelry.禁止攜帶大型鎖鏈或尖銳首飾。
• No laser pens, laser pointers, or similar focused light devices.禁止攜帶激光筆，激光指示器，或類似的聚焦光器件等。
• No water guns, squirt guns, spray bottles or misters.禁止攜帶水槍，噴霧瓶或霧化劑等。
• No musical instruments, noisemakers or air horns.禁止攜帶樂器，能發出大音量的裝置或沖氣喇叭等。
• No professional cameras, flash cameras or video and audio recording equipment, selfie sticks or camera poles.禁止攜帶專業相機、閃存攝像機、視頻錄製和錄音設備，自拍神器或相機桿等。
• No poles, sticks, or “totems”, including flags and banners with hard poles.禁止攜帶電線桿，棍棒，或“圖騰”或包含硬桿式旗幟和橫幅等。
• Additional items may be prohibited at the discretion of law enforcement or security officials.禁止其他法律或官方安全法規的自由裁量權內所禁止的其他項目。

Acceptable 允許攜帶物品

• Yes to hydration packs that are not backpacks (empty upon entry).允許攜帶非背包型水袋（須空袋入場）。
• Yes to bags made of clear plastic, clear vinyl, or clear PVC (not exceeding 13”x17”) or one-gallon clear, plastic zip-top bag.允許攜帶尺寸小於13”x17”並由透明塑料、透明乙烯基材料或透明PVC製成的手袋或一加侖透明密實袋。
• Yes to small clutch bags, approximately the size of a hand, with or without a handle or strap is allowed.允許攜帶尺寸約為手掌的大小的小型手拿包，尺寸約為手掌的大小，有無柄帶均可。
• Yes to cell phones / earplugs .允許攜帶手機 / 耳塞。
• Yes to sunglasses and hats.允許攜帶太陽眼鏡和帽子。
• Yes to illuminated or glowing jewelry or costumes.允許攜帶發光的珠寶或服飾。
• Yes to non-professional cameras.允許攜帶非專業類相機設備。
• Yes to action cameras, such as GoPro’s. 允許攜帶如GoPro等品牌的運動相機裝置。
• Regarding action cameras – yes to strap headwear or non-extendable handles.關於運動相機–允許攜帶頭戴式或非伸縮手柄式。

Security Entry 安全指引

All festivalgoers are subject to being searched prior to entry into the Event, including members of the media. By requesting entry into the Event, all festivalgoers and attendees shall be subject to a thorough TSA-style pat down search, including emptying pockets and bags, and having your items examined. Event Organizers shall, at all times, reserve the right to either deny any person entry into or to eject any person from the Event, who in the sole and absolute discretion of Event Organizers are in violation of Event rules, which rules may be updated from time to time, with or without notice. Please note, re-entry attendance will not be permitted. 所有入場者包括媒體都應先通過安全檢查再進入活動現場。在入場前，所有被要求安檢的人士，都必須按照安全部的安檢標準被進行全身搜查，包括清空口袋及手袋，並檢查您的隨身物品。主辦方保留拒絕違反活動規則及條款人士進場的權利，活動規則及條款可能隨時被更新而不作另行通知。請注意，觀眾自行離場後將不允許再入場。

At Ultra Hong Kong 2024 , the health, safety and well-being of our fans, artists, and staff continues to be our top priority. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy prohibiting illicit drug use and possession. Narcotic laws are strictly enforced and police officers will be working the event in an undercover capacity. Patrons over 18 years of age should drink responsibly. Hong Kong is hot! Stay hydrated. Ultra Hong Kong is a magical experience and each and every one of our Ultranauts are special to us. Help us keep you and others safe by looking out for each other. If someone appears to be in distress or in need of medical assistance, seek immediate attention at one of our many First Aid tents which are located throughout the event grounds, or contact an event staff member or security guard. Your health, safety and well-being is our priority. You will not get in trouble for seeking medical help! This is our pledge to you. Ultra Hong Kong 2024的首要任務是致力保障每位參加活動的觀眾、表演藝人以及現場工作人員的安全和健康良好狀態。我們對非法持有或使用毒品的行爲採取零容忍政策，活動會對所有違法行為嚴格執法，警察將以臥底身份巡邏。嚴禁活動場館內有任何人持有、濫用、分銷違法和不正當的毒品或其他物質。請遵紀守法，享受音樂節。18歲以上的參加者亦應要負責任地飲酒。天氣炎熱，請大家補充足夠水分。每一位Ultranauts對我們來說都很重要。請你們互相之間給予關心，幫助我們保障現場每位觀眾的安全。如果有人有困難或需要醫療救助，請立即前往活動現場任何一個急救站尋求醫務人員協助，或者向現場的工作人員、保安求助。我們的首要任務是保障您的健康和安全。
