2024 暹羅潑水音樂節

Rules and Regulations:

• All available tickets are standing ONLY.
• This event has an age restriction. You must be 20 years or older to attend the event.
• You must bring a valid photo ID to enter the event.
• The box office will not release tickets or wristbands if the name on the ID does not match the name on the e-tickets.
• For 3 Day pass wristband can be used to enter the event for 3 days.
• For 1 day pass, wristband can be used to enter at the event date shown in your wristband ONLY.

Purchase Terms & Conditions:

• Event details, including the artist lineup, are subject to change. Please refer to the event’s official website for the latest information.
• Payment will be charged immediately at the time of purchase.
• All sales are final. Non-refundable/Non-transferable, FESTGROUND cannot be exchanged or cancelled.
• All sales are subject to FESTGROUND’s privacy policy.
• Customers agree to share their purchase information, including their name, email address, and ticket numbers, with Casheers, the official event partner.

Event entry conditions and rules:

• To attend the event, participants must “Pre-Register”, starting from April 1, 2024. Only one person can be registered per E-Ticket.
• Thai participants should present their actual national ID card or an official government-issued card with a clear name and surname.
• International participants are required to bring their passport, and a copy of the document is acceptable.
• Re-entry is not allowed once participants have entered the event (No Re-entry).
• Prohibited items include drugs, weapons, sharp objects, or anything that may cause a fire within the event.
• The event organizers reserve the right to deny entry if the name in the Pre-registration system does not match the national ID card or other government-issued documents.
• Customers can only pick up the wristbands at the event on the designated day. Wristbands cannot be received in advance. **Customers are not permitted to get the wristband on behalf of others under any conditions.
