Terms and Conditions (Ticket) 门票使用条款

• Ticket is valid on event day specified on ticket front only. Start time of the show is subject to change without notice. 此门票仅于活动当天有效。节目之开演时间或将因应情况变更而不作另行通知。
• Admission is strictly for age 18 or above. This admission ticket is valid for ONE guest admission only. 入场人士必须年满18岁。此门票只供一位宾客入场。
• Original ticket must be presented upon entry and unauthorized duplication of this ticket may prevent your admittance to the event. No photocopies, damaged, stolen or lost tickets will be accepted nor reissued under any circumstances. This admission ticket cannot be redeemed for cash. 入场时必须出示门票正本。影印本、损毁、被盗、或遗失之门票恕不获补发或被接受。门票不可兑换现金。
• All tickets are free standing. All tickets are non-refundable or non-exchangeable. 全场企位及不设划位。所有门票一经购买，将不可退款或作任何更换。
• Artists are subject to change or withdraw. In the event of such change, refunds will not be given. 主办方保持修改活动内容或表演艺人之权利并不作另行通知或作出退票。
• No refund and exchange will be permitted due to alteration, late travel, unavailability, postponement or cancellation of travel services by land, air or sea. 本节目将不接受任何因交通或公共运输服务更改、受阻、暂停、延迟或取消而提出之赔偿或更换等要求。
• The organizers, promoters, and artists are not liable for any compensation and /or cancellation charges for travel expenses resulting from the festival/event being cancelled or postponed. 如活动取消或延期，主办方、推广方、及艺人均不会赔偿和/或承担交通或公共运输服务之有关费用。
• The venue operators, organizers, promoters, and artists cannot be held responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged possessions or accidents resulting in injury occurring anywhere in the venue during the festival/event regardless of fault or reason. 活动期间如任何财物遗失、被盗、损坏或意外导致人身伤害，主办方、推广方、及艺人恕不负责。
• For security purposes and upon request, the holder of this ticket may be subjected to inspection and for these purposes, guest must open any bags, packages or other items before entry. Failure to comply may result in removal from the event at the sole discretion of organizer. The organizer is not responsible for confiscated items. 为保安理由，持此门票人仕同意于进入场馆前会被要求接受检查，任何携物袋、包裹或其他个人物品必须打开作检查。如不遵守，主办方将保留拒绝进场的权利。主办方概不负责被没收之物品。
• The ticket may not be resold, distributed as premium or with any monetary gain without prior written consent of organizer. 未经主办方的书面同意下，此门票不得转售或企图溢价转售。
• The right of admission is reserved and is subjected to Conditions of Entry and Conditions of Sales. No re-entry, refunds or remedies will be provided to attendees ejected from the festival. 主办方保留准许及拒绝持证人进场之权利，持票人亦需遵守场馆之入场条款及销售条款。被拒者将不能重新进场，并不会获发退款或补偿。
• Organizer reserves the right to amend any terms and conditions stated herein at any time without prior notice. All matters and disputes will be subject to the final decision of organizer. 主办方保留随时修订条款及细则之权利，而不作另行通知。尚有任何意见或争论，则以主办方的决策为最终决定。

Terms and Conditions (Wristband) 手带使用条款

• In order to pick up wristbands, You must (i) present the purchase confirmation email receipt, (ii) present valid photo identification (e.g.: ID or passport). 兑换手带时必须提供（i）门票购买确认电子邮件（ii）有效的身份证明文件（身份证、港澳通行证或护照）。
• Wristbands are valid on event day. 此手带仅于活动当天有效。
• Wristbands must be presented upon entry. 入场时必须出示此手带。
• Wristbands are voided if tampered with or removed. 损烂或被调较过的手带恕不被接受。
• Wristbands are non-transferable. 此手带不可转让。
• Replacement is not available for lost, destroyed or stolen wristbands.手带遗失、损毁或被盗恕不获补发。

Prohibited Items 违禁物品：

• No illegal or illicit substances, drugs, or drug paraphernalia.禁止携带违法或非法物质，药物或吸毒用具。
• No weapons of any kind including, but not limited to, pocket knives and self defense sprays.禁止携带任何种类的武器，包括但不限于刀具和自卫喷雾剂。
• No flammable items or liquids including aerosols and fireworks.禁止携带易燃物品或液体，包括气溶胶和烟花爆竹。
• No markers, pens or spray paint.禁止携带马克笔、标记笔或喷漆。
• No backpacks, purses, or bags allowed except bags made of clear plastic, clear vinyl, or clear PVC not exceeding 13”x17”.除允许的尺寸小于13”x17”并由透明塑料、透明乙烯基材料或透明PVC制成的手袋以外，禁止携带其他不符合规定的背包或腰包。
• No stuffed animals toy.禁止携带毛绒玩具。
• No outside food or beverage including alcohol.禁止外带食品、饮料及酒精类饮品。
• No bottles, cans, canteens, flasks, or coolers.禁止携带瓶，罐，水壶，长颈瓶或冷却器等容器。
• No balloons, balls, inflatable balls, frisbees or flying disks.禁止携带气球，球类，充气球，飞盘或飞碟等。
• No umbrellas, chairs, blankets, sleeping bags or tents.禁止携带雨伞，座椅，毛毯，睡袋，帐篷等。
• No bicycles, skateboards, hover-boards, scooters, or personal motorized vehicles.禁止携带自行车，滑板，悬停板，滑板车，或个人机动车辆。
• No drones or unmanned aerial vehicles.禁止携带无人机等装置。
• No animals.禁止携带动物入场。
• No large chains or spiked jewelry.禁止携带大型锁链或尖锐首饰。
• No laser pens, laser pointers, or similar focused light devices.禁止携带激光笔，激光指示器，或类似的聚焦光器件等。
• No water guns, squirt guns, spray bottles or misters.禁止携带水枪，喷雾瓶或雾化剂等。
• No musical instruments, noisemakers or air horns.禁止携带乐器，能发出大音量的装置或冲气喇叭等。
• No professional cameras, flash cameras or video and audio recording equipment, selfie sticks or camera poles.禁止携带专业相机、闪存摄像机、视频录制和录音设备，自拍神器或相机杆等。
• No poles, sticks, or “totems”, including flags and banners with hard poles.禁止携带电线杆，棍棒，或“图腾”或包含硬杆式旗帜和横幅等。
• Additional items may be prohibited at the discretion of law enforcement or security officials.禁止其他法律或官方安全法规的自由裁量权内所禁止的其他项目。

Acceptable 允许携带物品

• Yes to hydration packs that are not backpacks (empty upon entry).允许携带非背包型水袋（须空袋入场）。
• Yes to bags made of clear plastic, clear vinyl, or clear PVC (not exceeding 13”x17”) or one-gallon clear, plastic zip-top bag.允许携带尺寸小于13”x17”并由透明塑料、透明乙烯基材料或透明PVC制成的手袋或一加仑透明密实袋。
• Yes to small clutch bags, approximately the size of a hand, with or without a handle or strap is allowed.允许携带尺寸约为手掌的大小的小型手拿包，尺寸约为手掌的大小，有无柄带均可。
• Yes to cell phones / earplugs .允许携带手机 / 耳塞。
• Yes to sunglasses and hats.允许携带太阳眼镜和帽子。
• Yes to illuminated or glowing jewelry or costumes.允许携带发光的珠宝或服饰。
• Yes to non-professional cameras.允许携带非专业类相机设备。
• Yes to action cameras, such as GoPro’s. 允许携带如GoPro等品牌的运动相机装置。
• Regarding action cameras – yes to strap headwear or non-extendable handles.关于运动相机–允许携带头戴式或非伸缩手柄式。

Security Entry 安全指引

All festivalgoers are subject to being searched prior to entry into the Event, including members of the media. By requesting entry into the Event, all festivalgoers and attendees shall be subject to a thorough TSA-style pat down search, including emptying pockets and bags, and having your items examined. Event Organizers shall, at all times, reserve the right to either deny any person entry into or to eject any person from the Event, who in the sole and absolute discretion of Event Organizers are in violation of Event rules, which rules may be updated from time to time, with or without notice. Please note, re-entry attendance will not be permitted. 所有入场者包括媒体都应先通过安全检查再进入活动现场。在入场前，所有被要求安检的人士，都必须按照安全部的安检标准被进行全身搜查，包括清空口袋及手袋，并检查您的随身物品。主办方保留拒绝违反活动规则及条款人士进场的权利，活动规则及条款可能随时被更新而不作另行通知。请注意，观众自行离场后将不允许再入场。

At Ultra Hong Kong 2024 , the health, safety and well-being of our fans, artists, and staff continues to be our top priority. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy prohibiting illicit drug use and possession. Narcotic laws are strictly enforced and police officers will be working the event in an undercover capacity. Patrons over 18 years of age should drink responsibly. Hong Kong is hot! Stay hydrated. Ultra Hong Kong is a magical experience and each and every one of our Ultranauts are special to us. Help us keep you and others safe by looking out for each other. If someone appears to be in distress or in need of medical assistance, seek immediate attention at one of our many First Aid tents which are located throughout the event grounds, or contact an event staff member or security guard. Your health, safety and well-being is our priority. You will not get in trouble for seeking medical help! This is our pledge to you. Ultra Hong Kong 2024的首要任务是致力保障每位参加活动的观众、表演艺人以及现场工作人员的安全和健康良好状态。我们对非法持有或使用毒品的行为采取零容忍政策，活动会对所有违法行为严格执法，警察将以卧底身份巡逻。严禁活动场馆内有任何人持有、滥用、分销违法和不正当的毒品或其他物质。请遵纪守法，享受音乐节。18岁以上的参加者亦应要负责任地饮酒。天气炎热，请大家补充足够水分。每一位Ultranauts对我们来说都很重要。请你们互相之间给予关心，帮助我们保障现场每位观众的安全。如果有人有困难或需要医疗救助，请立即前往活动现场任何一个急救站寻求医务人员协助，或者向现场的工作人员、保安求助。我们的首要任务是保障您的健康和安全。
