1. No ULTRA? Miami Residents' Spirits Remain High

Last weekend, following the devastating news that Ultra Music Festival would be postponed to the recent coronavirus outbreak, American broadcaster SiriusXM helped to host the first ever "Ultra Virtual Audio Festival". Despite the shows success, fans still longer for more. Residents of the apartments near Bayfront Park (where the Ultra venue is located) showed their love for the festival last weekend, with many of them playing clips from past Ultra's from their balconies. The clip above shows how communities are coming together and standing in solidarity against the virus.

In addition to performing his quarantine-friendly livestream sets daily, Diplo has been keeping himself busy with a brand new project. The DJ recently announced that a country music album is on the way, and will be released under his real name, Thomas Wesley. He kicked the project off with a new single Heartless which— according to his recent Instagram post— "went double platinum, crossed a 100 million on Spotify and has about a 100 billion spins on TikTok".

3. Kygo's Third Album Is Here at Last

It's not just Diplo who has new music in the pipeline, as dance music icon Kygo is set to release his third studio album on Friday (March 27). The album, titled Golden Hour, comes three long years after he brought us Kids in Love, but it will definitely be worth the wait, especially now that a sizeable chunk of us are getting restless under quarantine.

"The good thing about being home all day is that I have a lot of time to work on new music." said Kygo about the album, "I hope that you are all doing well and staying positive in these tough times.”

For many DJs, spending large amounts of time stuck indoors is just part of the producing process, and Martin Garrix is no different. As his label STMPD RCRDS prepares for a 24 hour livestream festival this weekend, the triple DJ Mag Top 100 winner has been getting his head down and working on new tracks lately, one of which he premiered last week. The track is a collaboration with John Martin, the singer responsible for the vocals on Don't You Worry Child and Garrix's own tune Now That I've Found You, and gives off some melodic/progressive house vibes.
